Soccer Analysis — Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the Soccer Analysis (Futbol Analiz) iOS app and the server it connects to. The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, e-mail address, location or contacts.

Data we collect

Device identifier: on first launch the app generates a random identifier and keeps it in the device's secure storage. It is sent to our server to apply the daily free analysis allowance and to attach Premium status to your device. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
Usage counter: the number of analyses you start each day, stored against the device identifier.
Subscription status: when you buy Premium, the transaction record signed by Apple is sent to our server for verification; we store the subscription expiry date, the product identifier and Apple's transaction number. Your payment details stay with Apple.
Technical logs: the server may keep short-lived request logs for troubleshooting (IP address, time, requested endpoint).

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed only to provide the service, apply the free usage limit, verify the subscription and prevent abuse. The legal bases are performance of the service contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5/2-f). Data is not used for marketing, no profiling takes place and nothing is sold to third parties.

Retention

Daily usage counters are deleted automatically after 90 days. Subscription records are deleted 90 days after the subscription ends. Technical logs are kept for at most 7 days. Match data contains no personal data and is cached for at most 30 days.

Processors and international transfers

Cloudflare, Inc. (server and database infrastructure; data is hosted in the European region)
Apple Inc. (app distribution and subscription payments)
API-Sports (match data source; no personal data is sent to it)

Some of these providers are established outside your country. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses under the GDPR and on Article 9 of the Turkish KVKK.

Your rights

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and KVKK Art. 11 you may access, correct or erase your data, object to processing and request portability. You can see your device identifier on the app's Settings screen and send an erasure request to the contact address. Deleting the app removes local data; server records are deleted on the schedule above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
